How do I place an order?

Always feel free to contact me directly with any questions, but I prefer to have all orders in print to ensure accuracy.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Please place orders at least 72 hours in advance.
Please allow a minimum of 7 days notice for cake orders.

Do you offer delivery?
No, not at this time.
Can I get my custom order delivered to a wholesale location?
All orders must be picked up at the Hamilton bakery location.
Do you ship?
Unfortunately, we are not offering product shipment at this time.
Can I order in bulk and freeze at home?
Absolutely! I have lots of clients whom freeze the products and thaw at room temperature at their convenience.
What forms of payment to you accept?
Cash or Credit Card
Why does this product cost more than conventional baked goods?
I get asked this all the time- and if you have ever tried to make gluten free and vegan baked goods or meals at home you know that it is incredibly expensive to do! I have changed the products several times since I started in 2012 to keep peace of mind to the customer that this is a safe product to enjoy if you have food allergies or an autoimmune disease like celiac. This means very large orders of rather expensive ingredients like Enjoy Life Chocolate, so you can be positive it was not produced in a warehouse that also processes dairy or other allergens!
Do you have a minimum order?
There is a dozen minimum per product/flavor for custom orders. I cannot mix and match cupcakes just for your order because that would mean lots of potentially homeless cupcakes! Muffins however have a half dozen minimum.
Where can I pick up my order?
My bakery is located at 216 Main Street in Hamilton, Ohio. We are currently open to the public on Friday and Saturday from 11am-4pm. I bake large orders for Wholesale accounts Monday-Thursday and I am available Monday-Thursday by appointment only. I will do my best to accommodate any pickup time you may need!
Am I able to stop in for baked goods without an order placed in advance?
YES! We are currently open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays from 11am-4pm.
Can I request a wholesale product list for my store, coffee shop, etc?
Absolutely, Wholesale pricelists are available by request. These prices are for packaged product only.
What allergens are processed in the bakery?
The only top 8 allergens that we use in the bakery are Soy and Coconut. These ingredients are only in some of the products, and we take cross contamination very seriously. We share our kitchen with Chickpea Chicks and the hummus contains sesame. We do not share any utensils or kitchen equipment other than our dishwasher.
What kind of flour do you use?
We use a mix of Brown Rice Flour and Potato Starch. All of the products are currently rice based.
Do you offer any products that are sugar free?
Unfortunately no, not at this time. All products are made with Organic Cane Sugar.
Where does the name Chubby Bunny come from?
This is my most common question! Chubby Bunny is my pet name for my husband Carter. I make him try all the products to get his approval before I release them to you! He recommends the Banana Bread!
